Life can be challenging, and relationships can be complex. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, healing, or support for your relationship, I believe therapy can help and is a collaborative journey. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, gain insight, and develop the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges.
Whether you’re facing life transitions, struggling with relationship challenges, or seeking a deeper connection to yourself or your partner, as a fully trained integrative Psychotherapist and Relational Life Therapist (RLT), I want to help.
With a mindful and gentle integrative approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, helping you find peace and resilience in a compassionate environment. As a trauma informed, RLT (Relational Life Therapy), couples therapist, I support couples, of any kind, in a welcoming and safe space to help resolve conflict, restore trust, and deepen their connection and intimacy.
Healing and transformation don’t happen in isolation—we grow through connection, understanding, and the courage to explore what lies beneath the surface. Whether you’re seeking personal growth or relationship healing, I am here to support you every step of the way. I am committed to being in service to the truth that I believe can set one free from unhealthy and painful patterns that a relationship or an individual can so easily become stuck in. I believe in helping individuals and couples face what is, rather than what they wish it to be.
I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) through an initial one-year foundation and a four-year Post-Graduate Diploma.
I am a level 1 trained RLT therapist with ongoing CPD and RLT training to deepen and enhance my therapeutic practice skills.
I trained with Dr Abi Blakeslee in Somatic Trauma Therapy and I am a trauma informed practitioner. I am also an accredited member of the UKCP and uphold the ethical responsibilities required in professional practice, including regular clinical supervision.
My passion is in helping people find closeness and connection by supporting them in learning how to navigate relationships with family, friends, partners, and colleagues in healthier ways. I journey alongside you to help you gain insight into how to “show up” in your relationships in a loving and accountable way, and how to make those connections more satisfying, healthy, and fulfilling. We all crave connection in our lives, but often the social and emotional skills we learned as children don’t serve us well in adult relationships, leading us to repeat the same patterns.
I can help you uncover the difference between healthy behaviours and beliefs, and those that may be holding you back in your relationships. My aim is to guide you in discovering tools within yourself for coping with stress and conflict. I will gently challenge and reflect back what I see where appropriate, always in the spirit of your growth. The key thing to remember is that we always go at your pace to ensure you feel safe and comfortable enough to get the most out of your sessions.
My intention is to offer the support you need to work through these issues and come out the other side in a healthier and more free place. Couples therapy can be beneficial to those who are looking to strengthen their emotional closeness and address concerns about their relationship.
Repetitive arguments, lack of intimacy, recovering after an affair, stresses around separation or divorce, financial or employment concerns, life, cycle changes such as a new baby, children leaving home, bereavement or retirement, challenges and concerns around illness, existential worries or simply wanting to get on better together.
I welcome individuals and couples from all walks of life and aim to offer a therapeutic space that is inclusive, affirming, and respectful of diversity.
I work with people of all sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, including those from the LGBTQIA+ community. I also support people in a wide range of relationship structures, including monogamous, polyamorous, and non-traditional relationships.
I am committed to practicing in a way that is aware of and responsive to issues of equity, diversity and inclusion. I welcome clients from marginalised or underrepresented backgrounds, including racial and ethnic minorities, and strive to create a space where all identities and experiences are met with respect and curiosity.
I am based in Bromley Kent and can see clients from surrounding areas such as Beckenham, Dulwich, East Dulwich, Peckham, Chislehurst.
I also offer online sessions to those further afield.
Sessions can be in person or online. They last for 50 minutes and are £80 for Individual therapy and £100 for couples therapy.
75 minute (1.5 sessions) occasional sessions for couples are £150.
Please note The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) prohibits using client testimonials in advertising. This is to uphold the fundamental principles of confidentiality, privacy, and the protection of the therapeutic relationship.
